As many of us know NoPay does suffer from game freezes now and again. We’re well aware of the problem but fixing it is still an ongoing job…it could be solved by about $100,000 if anyone’s interested..if not, well, home grown and longer term fix it will have to be. in the meantime…

What to do if the site freezes and you are in a game – so you can get your FreeD and BCs back!

Open a Support Ticket here and fill in all the info. Support ticket long link – http://www.nopaypoker.com/UserSection/StaticPages/Support/contactforplayers.aspx.

Be sure to put game number in the box “Table, Tourney or Hand Number”

Copy the game info from Lobby (click the game you were in, hit ctrl C to copy then ctrl V to paste) and paste it in to the Ticket.

Go to your Account page, then Transactions and copy the info for that game, including info if you added BCs to game.

To add a screenshot, click “Attach” Choose file and upload screenshot.

Click Submit, another page may open, if so, click Submit again and wait for Support to reply. Normal response time is 24-48 hours.

If you do not see a reply from Support, please check your junk/spam email. Sending in multiple tickets will only delay Supports reply to you. Once you submit a ticket you will get an auto generated reply stating your ticket has been sent, if you don’t see that then you may not have sent it correctly.

Unsure where MS Paint is on your computer (that is the easy program to use to paste your screenshot into) – On most Windows PCs go to Start (bottom left) and click “All Program” Then Find “Accessories” and open that – You will see “Paint” in the menu. it is a standard pictures and drawinf program that comes with all Windows PCs.
