* CPM (Cost Per Mille) is an Internet marketing and general advertising term used to indicate the cost per thousand views (impressions) of an ad. It it used alongside CPC (Cost Per Click) and CPA (Cost Per Action) terminology, which are the defacto industry standard metrics for buying and selling advertising, both online and offline. For more general information see this wikipedia link.
If you own a website you can make money by showing advertisements on your site. You will get paid a CPM rate (i.e. an amount per every 1000 times you show adverts on your site). We recommend ValueClick, one of the largest ad networks in the world, as a provider for thousands of ads for your site. Note: they will not accept forum only sites.
If you own a website or company you can purchase advertising at the quoted CPM rate. Then we will show your ads for as many times as you paid. For example if you buy a $4.00 CPM slot and pay $200 then we will show your ad a total of ($200 / $4.00) * 1000 = 50,000 times.
