So long as this offer is valid, prizes and awards discussed on this page supercede any other prize or award promised by NoPayPOKER in any other communication, for the same materials or submissions.
Determination of eligibility for both Bonus Chips and final prizes is at NoPayPOKER's sole discretion.
Modifying or copying NoPayPOKER original artwork and files doesnt give the editor any rights to those files. NoPayPOKER retains copyright and ownership.
You also assure NoPayPOKER that with the exception of the materials already owned by NoPayPOKER you have full and unfettered rights to any files submitted and have the right to give those files away.
By submitting your skin, you irrevocably give to NoPayPOKER copyright and sole ownership to all materials submitted in exchange for the Bonus Chip allocation.
All submissions rejected by NoPayPOKER will be destroyed and the player notified of the rejection.
This challenge is open to all players who may enter as many times as they like. Entries will be rejected at NoPayPOKER's sole discretion for issues including, but not limited to, similarity to existing skins, quality of images and suitability.
The best entries will be determined by NoPayPOKER judges and results will be published in March 2010.

Judging And Prizes Awarded in March - Final subsmissions judged at the end of February and prizes awarded in March. $100 USD for the best, $70 USD for second best and $30 USD for third best skin.
