Personal Data Security |

You personal data is securely held on our servers. Any tranmission of personal information
of your personal and account related data is *always* done so using industry standard
and proven technologies. All data sent that contains personal information will be
128-bit SSH encrypted to prevent it ever being read by a third party. The applies
to all personal account information, credit card numbers and game play information.

Your accounts passwords are stored on our systems in an encrypted hash format, meaning
even we do not know your actual password. If you forget your password then we will
be forced to generate you a brand new one, because we even we cannot determine what
you forgotten password was, and you will be then able to change it using the secure
forms on our website.

We will never attempt to sell, lease or use your personal information on our systems
in any way except as is appropriate to continually provide you with a safe and reliable
poker service. We will never share your information with any third party company
so you can be sure it is safe. At your request we will happily close down your account

Game Data Security |

All data transmitted between the poker client on your system and our main servers
is secure. Data is transmitted via a widely used and industry proven technology
called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This technology is used by all web based applications
to create a secure and encrypted channel between two communicating systems in which
data must pass across the Internet, as it must for online poker. The dedicated data
channel ensures that the content of the information is safe and free from hacker
attacks or attempts to read and exploit it.

Your personal information (such as the cards you have or any other private account
data) is never transmitted to other players.
|
|
|
|
We store player cards and the complete game state on our secure servers, making
it impossible for a hacker to "crack" their client and secretly see the holding
cards of the other players at a table or alter the game play process in any way. The
only time the card information on other players is transfered is at the end of the hand when and
if the player shows their cards. At this time it is safe to do so because the hand
has completed. |
